If you have to return your vehicle during the contract, please make an appointment via the form below. Our provider Carlife will confirm the appointment details.
At the time of return, an inspection of the vehicle will be carried out for a potential reconditioning before the car passes to a new driver.
In the event of a vehicle being re-allocated during the contract, a delivery appointment can also be booked via our delivery form. This appointment will be directly confirmed to you and will take place at NTT, West Side Village. Please provide your valid driving licence, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled with penalties.
Please note the following:For the good progress of the restitutions and out of respect for our provider, we tolerate a maximum delay of 15 minutes. Beyond this time, you will be charged.
Please return the vehicle in a clean interior and exterior condition, so that we can carry out an appraisal in the best possible conditions.Our provider reserves the right to refuse the expertise and/or to charge the cleaning and service costs to you (Exterior: € 70 VAT excl. / Interior: € 113 VAT excl.).

Leasys is not bound by the damage report in the event that the damage estimated for normal wear and tear has worsened by the end of the contract, or in the event of additional damage, which will be subject to a reduction in value at the end of the contract.
In addition, any unrepaired damage is also likely to be subject to a write-down at the time of final return.
