Leasys has won the Wellbeing Award at the Business Car Awards 2023, underlining its firm commitment to mental health awareness and employee wellbeing.

The judges also commented: "Leasys impressed the judges in the way it supports its employees and colleagues wholeheartedly. They do this by providing confidential services and facilities to assist when they may be required. They have their own Mental Health Ambassador, who regularly presents to their network to highlight any significant information, deliver messages or just to check in with the team. They also have Mental Health First Aiders who are fully trained and available for employees to talk to in complete confidence."
The Fleet News Wellbeing award identifies improvement measures by employers in the fleet industry for the physical and mental wellbeing of employees.
The award covers training, team engagement, health initiatives, network support, and a business wide vision and strategy for wellbeing.
