Business Car Awards 2023 - Leasys wins Wellbeing Award

Leasys has won the Wellbeing Award at the Business Car Awards 2023, underlining its firm commitment to mental health awareness and employee wellbeing.

Matthew Boswell, Managing Director Leasys UK, commented: "We're incredibly proud to win this prestigious award. Business Car is an important publication in our industry and to be recognised by them alongside some very worthy competition is a tremendous honour and testament to how serious Leasys takes the health & wellbeing of its employees. We have put in  place several strategies to promote wellbeing and we provide services and facilities to assist, all confidential. By raising awareness, we are increasing responses."

The judges also commented: "Leasys impressed the judges in the way it supports its employees and colleagues wholeheartedly. They do this by providing confidential services and facilities to assist when they may be required. They have their own Mental Health Ambassador, who regularly presents to their network to highlight any significant information, deliver messages or just to check in with the team. They also have Mental Health First Aiders who are fully trained and available for employees to talk to in complete confidence."

FN50 2023 - Customer Service Award Finalist

The FN50 Customer Service Awards are presented each year at the FN50 Dinner and recognise outstanding employee contributions across UK’s top leasing companies who have gone above and beyond in their approach to customer service and support.

A valued Customer Service advisor, and member of the Leasys UK team for several years, achieved recognition as a finalist for this award by delivering exceptional customer service, supported by Leasys' implementation of several strategies.

The judges at the Fleet News Customer Service Award were specifically impressed with the leadership in training the team and spending valuable time with them during recent change management processes.
