London, December 3, 2025 - Leasys UK has appointed Nickie Conde as its new Head of Indirect Sales, effective from 1st December 2025. Conde joins the team from Arval BNP Paribas Group where she acted as Sales Channel Lead – Broker.

With over 25 years in the automotive sector, Nickie brings a wealth of specialist knowledge and experience to Leasys UK, where she will report to Stuart Menzies, Sales Director.

Prior to Arval BNP Paribas Group, Nickie worked at business mobility specialist, Alphabet. Here, she served as Manager of Alphabet Partner, Alphabet’s dedicated broker channel, and as Regional Development Manager before that.

Shane Coomber, Managing Director at Leasys UK, commented: “I’m so pleased to welcome Nickie into the role of Head of Indirect Sales, and at such an exciting time for the business, as we accelerate our next growth phase. Bringing a wealth of experience in the leasing sector, I look forward to Nicki driving and further strengthening our customer relationships, as we expand our reach at Leasys UK.”

Nickie takes up the mantle from James Russell who recently retired. James was part of the team since 2019, and Leasys UK wishes him all the best in the next chapter.
